The house went on the market on the 21st of May, 2014. We had showings the next day and that continued throughout the month of June. It was great but also pretty stressful because of the cleaning with the dogs and the kids. June 14th a couple from Houston, TX came to look at the House and we received an offer a day or two later. We send a counter offer on the 19th of June and received their counteroffer with only one change on Monday. The house is officially under contract as of June 23rd 2014.
Our last day will be the 31st of July. Crazy.
